We are really excited to be able to share with you some exciting news!
The Sunderland Wellbeing network are inviting you to an event on Wednesday 13th October 2021 at The Life House, Washington Mind, Grasmere Terrace, Washington at 10.30-2.30pm. Lunch will be provided.
The event has been arranged to connect local people with what is happening in their area. The event will be themed around the five ways for wellbeing connect, take notice, keep learning, be active and give.
We will have guest speakers The Right Worshipful the Mayor, Councillor Henry (Harry) Trueman and his Mayoress Councillor Dorothy Trueman and local people. There will be activities and entertainment.
Come along if you want to find out what is happening in Washington and connect with services and other local residents. (we will be sending another email out for organisations to have stands).
